Our experience began with managing our own properties and gradually developed into a professional service for owners who want to rent out their apartments more effectively through Airbnb, Booking, and other platforms. We understand the process in detail and build an individual strategy for each property in order to achieve better occupancy, stable income, and peace of mind for the owner.

Our Team
Hi, I'm Edryo Shiderski, co-founder and managing director of Home2Host.
My business partner and I launched the company in 2022, starting out by managing our own short-term rental apartments. That hands-on experience — from creating Airbnb and Booking listings and setting prices to handling guest communication, cleaning, and maintenance shaped the way we manage our clients' properties today.
I hold a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of National and World Economy, which gave me a solid grounding in financial thinking, analysis, and risk assessment. My career has taken me through international financial companies, organizing business processes, and leading a sales team. That blend of financial discipline and hands-on practice is at the heart of how we approach every property.
Today, Home2Host manages more than 20 apartments in Bansko and along the Black Sea coast and has welcomed over 1,000 guests. Our goal is simple: steady results for owners, without the day-to-day running of things landing on their shoulders.
I believe good management isn't about reacting when something goes wrong, it's about having a system in place that stops problems before they start. That's why we treat every property individually, with a clear strategy, professional communication, and attention to detail.
My name is Georgi Kolev, and I'm the co-founder and managing director of Home2Host.
I was born in Burgas and studied Business Management at New Bulgarian University. For over nine years now, I've been living with my family in Dobrinishte — time that has given me a deep understanding of the region, its potential as a destination, and the local vacation rental market.
Home2Host grew out of my passion for entrepreneurship and hospitality. From day one, our goal has been professional property management built on transparency, high standards, and a personal touch — for owners and guests alike.
I believe success in this business isn't measured by the numbers alone. An owner's peace of mind, a well-cared-for property, and a memorable stay for every guest matter just as much.

I'm a graduate of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski," with a solid background in programming and building digital solutions.
At Home2Host, I look after our website and build the automation that connects the company with its clients behind the scenes.
